how long will it take to make?
All Work produced will very to its own turn around time, for custom commission's please be aware production time will reflect the complexity of the work. Upon consultation and taking client impression one of our team can provide you with a slightly more accurate wait time.
*This is compulsory for every single job requested* After the enquiry stage once your impression and order has been taken, we will require a 50% of the total amount to proceed with all work. The reminding 50% will then be taken after the work is completed.
MILK & HONEY LONDON LTD, do not offer refund and exchanges on product mainly as each product is ultimately a bespoke pieces made to fit the 'individual'.
All work needing repairs can be arranged at a fee, (quoted upon request) Alternatively any Manufacturing issues can be repaired and restored back to original state. (this can only be guaranteed after an assessment by one of our team)
All Appointments can be booked through the this website or Instagram. please complete the enquiry form, with all your requirement, then submit a preferred time. we will then do our best to fulfil your request for an appointment.
